Troy is a Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional with 19 years of experience in architectural design and practice. He is the co-founder of TNLDB Architecture and Design. Over the course of his career, Troy has designed and managed large corporate office and conference centers, high security data and technology campuses, warehouse and distribution facilities, descendant research and development centers and cannabis processing, manufacturing, distribution and cultivation facilities.

China is a project designer with an emphasis on interior architecture design and city planning. Her experience includes project feasibility, designing new urban cores and downtown master planning. Through her work she has developed concepts and visioning in response to sea-level rise and climate change at coastal cities. She has worked as a guest instructor at the Florida International University School of Architecture teaching her own architecture design studio that introduces students to art and architecture through hand drawing, storytelling and graphic representations. China’s extensive design education and urban planning experience provides a knowledgeable approach to design at the human scale, community engagement and neighborhood development.

Dominique is a senior architectural designer and project coordinator. She is Co-founder of TNLDB Architecture and Design. She has worked on a wide range of projects over the course of her career including corporate pharmaceutical lab, offices and conference centers, food and indoor farming production and manufacturing facilities, and cannabis extraction, manufacturing, processing and distribution facilities. She has experience in designing open collaborative work environments that support team building within the client’s organization while also cultivating her technical expertise for designing spaces with greater nuance and complexity.
